So I’m going to be completely honest with my review, my name is Alfred Khannu (I cant post from my regular account so I’m trying this) I have been very patient, if I could give this place (not a business) half a star I would. They were very fast on picking up the car so I can’t fault them for that. When I got off the phone with Henrietta the agreed upon price was $200. When Bruce (Tow truck operator) had arrived to pick up the car he began to say my car looks real old and that he couldn’t give me 200 only 150 (it was a 99 Taurus with title in hand). He then began to say I dont know about cars but he does. He also checks for the battery of the car. The car just got vacuumed out and all of the parts are accounted for. I call Henrietta back asking why did Bruce offer me 150 instead of the agreed 200. She says she doesn’t know why and she would try to contact Bruce to see what happened. This all happened Wednesday (12/4/19). I then texted her the NEXT day because I didn’t receive a call or text from her. She explains that she’s waiting to hear from her husband (it’s apparently their business) and they were trying to contact Bruce but to no avail (I texted Bruce this morning (12/10/19)with colorful language and he replied) and she’d contact me when she spoke to her husband. I agreed and continue to wait. I receive a text on SATURDAY (12/7/19) saying she has the rest of my money ($50) and she’ll meet with me Sunday if we are not able to me today(Saturday) I agreed to that as well. As Monday night approaches (yes, no text, phone call or anything from their side) I am now fed up and text her to keep the money. Whomever that chooses to read this can choose to do what they want but I personally will never call/refer anyone to them. Keep your apology

Easy to use website and quick response from the owner. Provided information for my car and got a call couple of minutes later. We agreed on a price and my car was towed away with cash in my hand! I will be doing business again with you guys.
