I was struggling with selling one of my vacant listings, and after 2 months on the market with no offers, I decided to call Anna w AV Home Staging. I have used AV Home Staging for all my listings and thought I could sell without home staging. I’m so glad I called Anna- as always, her work was a total game changer! Anna always takes the time to understand the space and highlight the best features. She is professional, punctual, and has an incredible eye for design and choice of furniture. The transformation was stunning. Within a week of staging, I received 2 offers, and my home finally went into escrow!! I truly believe the staging made all the difference! Anna is beyond talented and AV Home Staging was again a joy to work with. *UPDATE: This owner has gone ahead, as you clearly can see, and asked for FAKE reviews to be posted on Google in order to have her score go up, as you can easily see by the timespan after my review (in which she had no reviews at all before mine). This, once again, shows this person's integrity and willingness to try to fool the public from how her business actually operates. SAD

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! My realtor contacted Anna and explained we had a narrow timeline to have a home staged and list it for sale. We waited a week for her to be able to go to the property and therefore did not contact any other staging companies. Anna was given numerous photos of the home as well as a full layout prior to going to the property. When she got there, she all of a sudden stated that she didn't realize there was an "extra" section to the living room and would have to charge an extra $400 to put furniture there (we are talking about approximately 40 Sqft). When we questioned why this wasn't reviewed from all the photos given to her prior to her sending a quote, she immediately said "I can just go and not stage your home if you like." We let this slide and said she did not have to stage this section. Later, as I went to review her contract, I realized there was only up to $400 in liability coverage in case of potential damages caused by the staging process. I simply inquired about this section to find out if there was any kind of insurance in place for potential larger damages, which Anna said there was none.

As I went to sign her contract, about an hour after our conversation, I saw an email from Anna stating that the contract was voided. When we inquired as to why she had cancelled, she simply said "she didn't feel comfortable moving forward."

Essentially this unprofessional company wasted a bunch of our time and put us in a very tight situation to find another company who could take on the project in the timeline that is needed. Anna is the type of person who apparently does not allow you to question anything and thinks it is some kind of a privilege to work with her.

Do yourself a favor.... Don't take the risk of this company wasting your time and treating you as if you owe them something for hiring them.
