I will NEVER use this company again. Went to have some tire swapped and the damaged both of my tires then tried to say it was my fault. Honesty goes along way. Instead of owning up to what they done they pointed the finger at me saying I showed up with the tires like that. I’ve used them for years and have recommended them to numerous friends and family members. Unfortunately they have lost my business and my family’s business as well. I recommend finding a more reputable company instead of these clowns.

Our first dealings with this company went well. We purchased new tires. The service and the product were great. The prices are very reasonable. Our second time didn’t go as well as we hoped. We took a different truck that already had new tires. We just needed to have them rotated and balanced. While the work was being completed, my husband was being chatted up and was not able to watch the work being done. They advised us that the rear shocks on our truck, that only had 4,000 miles on it, were worn out. We drove it with a bad shake because we had just had the tires balanced so it couldn’t possibly be the issue, right? It came time to rotate and balance the tires again, and we took it to another place closer by. We were told that several lug nuts were cross threaded and that our tires were seriously out of balance. So what happened? They never balanced the tires and told us that the vibrations were due to shocks so that our tires would wear out prematurely and we would need to buy tires. No honesty or good business practices. Will not ever go back nor will refer anyone to them.

I brought my tires online and needed to have them mounted and balanced. They did a wonderful job..charged me a fair price. I've used them once before definitely 10/10!!!

I wanted to like this place but after 3 visits and waiting over 4 hours to simply have tires mounted and the balancer broke so I was unable to get the tires balanced even though I was charged for it. I was told to come back in 2 days when they would have a new machine. I waited 7 days and went back, but still no balancer. This tire shop is EXTREMELY unorganized. They don't have a schedule or save any spots for customers even if they specificallytell them to come in at a certain time. I have called the number multiple times and have only gotten someone to answer once. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I'll continue my search for a reputable tire shop that does all the work and in a timely manner.

Super nice people, willing to make a deal, no worry about hidden fees and if you don't know what you want they'll guide you. I went to get my spare tire replaced and it took them 10 minutes at the most to do it which is fast in my opinion. They also replaced the air nozzle free if charge since we had agreed on a price previously.
