So we hired Linda and her team to design, purchase, and install all the furniture for a new 4 bed 2 bath house we purchased to use as a vacation rental/Airbnb property. We started the process in mid to late June and were fully installed ready to go by August. About 6-7 weeks total. Linda and her team were professional, talented, and delivered when they promised. Our budget did get skewed a bit, and ultimately ended up costing more than the initial bid, in fact the initial bid was actually missing a bedroom, however that was quickly sorted out. The price over runs were a collective effort and not solely due to Linda and her team, we had a few changes and a few updates along the way.

Now being on the flip side of the project and everything being done, I think if we were to do it all over again I would have had more weekly communication and more communication about the quality and price of some of the items that are in the home. Being an investment property I feel that we may have over spent on a few items, however they are very high quality and will hold up to the abuse of daily use.

Overall I would not hesitate to use Linda and her team again, I think I would just be a bit more involved because I took a hands off approach.

Ultimately they knocked it out of the park and we are absolutely thrilled with their work!! Thank you Ashton, Linda, and the entire warehouse team for everything you all did for us!

Julie and her team did an incredible job designing my property from top to toe. We bought a 3600 sf ranch home and did a complete renovation on the property. Julie helped me design the whole house and it came out better than I could ever have imagined. I am so pleased.
