I'd rate this a 0 if I could. I'd never been to H&A, but it had good ratings online so I took my Movado watch in for a new battery in December. It was my first time. I paid $40 plus tax for a new battery and when I picked it up, there were fingerprints on the face, and the time was incorrect. When I asked the lady about it, she grabbed the watch and wiped her fingers against the face and set the watch on the counter (not even the felt tray). She adjusted the time to the correct time and assured me everything was good. I left, and within hours, the time was incorrect. The watch was slow. I returned to the store the next day and asked for a refund. The response was APPALLING. I was told that my watch was in fact "broken", and they wouldn't issue a refund. They said it needed repair. I asked how they could determine it as broken without inspecting it. We went back and forth a few times. The lady then consulted a man in a connected room where I could hear everything. The man was so rude and yelling at the lady from the other room. He said he knows what he's doing and has worked in the business for years so when he says it's broken, it's broken. Standing in the room listening to this extremely unprofessional conversation was shocking. I was so horrified and disgusted by the reality of the situation. I told them to forget about it, and left without a refund or any resolution. The employees yelled "ma'am" at me multiple times as I left. The best part though is that I then took the watch to Solomon Brothers where they examined the watch determining it as in good standing and changed the battery for free. I absolutely do not recommend using H&A. The lack of professionalism and terrible customer service that I experienced was insane. I certainly will never go back.

I am another dealer in the industry and have multiple great B2B deals with H&A Jewelry. It’s refreshing to deal with others who value expediency and honesty above all. Typically, when dealing B2B, response times are longer, and the customer service isn’t there- not as so with H&A, they kill it. No matter the ask too big or too small, they make it happen, and I’m proud to vouch for them and encourage any customer or dealer to deal in confidence!

My experience with H&A Jewelers, Heba in particular, was nothing short of fantastic. I needed to get a custom engagement ring made and she walked me through the process step by step explaining all of the intricacies involved in the design of the setting, the grades of stones, and gave me a realistic time table of when I would have the ring in hand. Unlike other mass market Jewelers who asked me to pick a stone from their collection, Heba went out and found a stone that fit all of the criteria I was looking for and most importantly found it within my budget! I can not say enough good things about Heba and H&A, and will be recommending all my friends to use them!

My sister-in-laws family has been doing business with H&A for many years. I went to the store with her to drop off a watch for repair. While there, I met Heba and advised her I was looking to reset my original diamond. After hearing what my likes and dislikes were, she guided me to a perfect ring that surpassed my expectations.
