The staff was friendly,helpful, knowledgeable and really great. I was looking for a shirt that would go with a purple sweater and one for a green sweater. The staff showed me 3 shirts and I picked 2 of them. They had to be tailor because I needed to be a slim fit and I'll get them in a week. No extra charged for tailoring the shirts. The shirts were expensive but well worth the price for the quality.

I have been a customer since the opening at the original location on Forsyth Street in 1963. The quality of the merchandise and service has consistently been superb. Mark ,The Tennessee Volunteer, helped me 20 years ago. For 5 years he taught me what i wanted. He helped me with custom clothing. I bought 20 custom shirts one day. Best ever. i still get compliments in every country. Since then i have been abroad. Mark, call me. i’m here for a year then back to Indonesia. Or South Africa. or who knows.

Bought a suit that never fit right; After two wearings I was willing to pay to alter it again and finally, hopefully, get it right. Went to the store but it quickly became obvious that I was ‘bothering’ them - twice the salesman stated I’d have to pay for the RE-alter, both times I said no problem. Then, almost without looking up from what he has doing, he said that it would probably never fit right anyway and I should just go ahead and purchase a new suit. All that without even seeing it on me. Clearly, they were not interested in doing the right thing. Goodbye H. Stockton. You lost a customer forever.
