I bought a 2010 ford flex i absolutely love my car..ive had it for a year now and ive had no problems.. everything was brand new and it I had to put absolutely no money in it besides new tires...Jesse is amazing customer service through the roof..im def returning and i highly recommend....
Update: took my boyfriend to buy a car and once again they didn't let me down.. Overall I just love this place and everyone there.. Very welcoming and reasonable.. They help any way possible

Bought a car from here was good price and looked very nice with all the features. Engine blew out 3 days later. Has been in the shop multiple times since and is currently as I’m typing this. Beautiful car but has been an absolute headache. Luckily it was cheap. Would not buy from here again.

From my own experience I would never buy a car from here again nor would I recommend anyone else to! Just because they look shiny on the outside doesn’t mean it’s worth it! Bought my Durango in October, when I test drove it it needed brakes he said they’d replace the brakes and rotors! Lies, they only replaced the brakes in the front after I left it there overnight! Drove it home for it to run hot the oil pump went out the radiator cracked it was 2 weeks before I got my car back! Then the guy he sent me to wasn’t gonna give me my car cause Todd agreed to pay the labor and didn’t he gave it to me anyways cause they had an agreement! In turn had to replace the thermostat the catalytic converter as well as a piece to the transmission! The car has sat more than it has been driven! I have receipts and photos! I know used cars have wear and tear but this had to have came from the salvage yard! I’m just getting rid of the ants that were crawling everywhere and I had to take it to a professional! Just be careful and have a real mechanic on hand! Sincerely

We bought a Ford F150 from Jesse at J&H. Test drove the car and ran fine. What I did not know and find it incredibly coincidental is that after driving the car about 120 miles the check engine light came on, about the distance it takes for the check engine system to come back on if the battery has been unpluggeg! I am now paying a $2,100 repair bill!

I have bought 3 cars from them over the years they have gotten terrible cars my second car broke down the next day and my recent one I bought all the lights on the dashboard came on we took it back and they were not trying to work with us. This is the last time I will go to them or recommend anyone else THEY SALE LEMON CARS.

I guess this ywm thought that me Being an older black female, i would just buy a Harley at any cost, in any condition. I gave owner time he requested to charge the motorcycles dead batteries so i could test the Harleys. Upon returning with my brother Week later he still hadn't fixed the motorcycle i wanted yet he'd increased motorcycle price from $3500 to $3900 cash price..
I had money, but i felt disrespected as a paying customer. This would have been my first motorcycle but my brother steered away saying go somewhere else with better treatment. Sad part is, I was dealing with the son/owner so the service i got was the service i was gonna keep.
