She came out and stagged the home beautifully, They were very responsibly priced and very professional. This woman is a fraud! Former company was Rebel Luxe interiors, she was contracted to do interior decorating on a home in Katy, got paid in full, did the work half way and then stopped picking up calls or responding to messages. Still owing money from the art work client aid for and she never received.
Update: Glowing reviews after my review warning folks, remember the house in Katy where you were paid upfront. You must be a regular fraud, if the money for art work does not jog your memory

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Katie did a pretty good job starting out when we paid her in full to do an interior design project. She eventually became less and less responsive which made it clear that we were not a priority. This turned into almost 5 MONTHS of me having to follow up on progress (I gave her shopping money Aug 5 and it is now Dec) because I barely ever heard from her. My last follow up simply asking for an update on things was answered with a text saying that she was unable to find anything at all (for our office and a kids bathroom) and that she needed to refund us the shopping money. Note, this was done through text, with no explanation whatsoever. I called and sent a text asking for her to call and explain and never heard back.

My review sounds very similar to the other bad review on here, so beware!

“Sierra: I’m going to Venmo you $350 to keep us going. I know we still have a few things plus kids bathroom and sprucing up the office. You also helped with the office and gate design. Is that fair?

Katie Taylor: Thank you that’s really sweet. Sounds fair to me 😘”

Clearly you are lying and part of the proof is in the above text. Again, very unprofessional, and since you are publicly lying about us it needs to be addressed.

The bathroom and sprucing up of the office was part of the initial project and payment. You must have forgotten somehow. Yes, the gate and door were extra, but to be clear, all you really did was simply send me a couple pictures of ones ALREADY DESIGNED that you had seen, and take a couple phone calls on it. Regardless, you said I was sweet and fair to give you the $350 for my “laundry list”. Around this time I also gifted you a $600+ piece of art that you liked of mine.

Following all of this, you said numerous times that I was one of your favorite clients and promised you hadn’t forgotten about us. You never once brought up that you felt we owed you more money or mentioned you had any issues whatsoever with anything.

If you would have just been honest and said that you needed to end work with us things would be fine. But to ghost me and have me follow up for 5 months is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Take whatever action you need to take. I do not appreciate being threatened to be sued and do not take it lightly. I have plenty more texts and videos from our house so we can waste our time with that if you like.
