Oh my goodness! Adriana was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect couch for my space! I purchased it on Sunday and today is Friday and it’s being delivered! I hardly have time to get rid of my old couch!! When they tell you 1-2 weeks, but it may be earlier, BELIEVE THEM! 🤣😂
By the way, make sure to take advantage of sales AND check the Heroes Discount to see if you qualify! Love everything about this company so far! Great experience!

We can’t wait to get our order.
Visiting the LoveSac store was incredible!
We where able to try the seats for as long as we needed, go through the fabrics and the different levels of cushion-comfort they offer. We also love to play with the 3D pieces and assemble as we want it to look like in our home. The guarantee is excellent and the flexibility to get different comforts for us was awesome, so everyone in the house is happy on their spot!

Hanna was absolutely amazing! My friend and I arrived approx 15 min before the store closed on a Saturday night. I had a bunch of questions and Hanna answered them all well after closing. She never mentioned the time and didn't rush us at all. I assumed she was on commission but found out that's not the case. She simply believes in the product and is enthusiastic about letting others know how wonderful it is. As promised, she emailed both the quote I requested as well as a second quote with the other options we had discussed. Hanna is an asset to your organization and a wonderful brand steward!

The Santa Clarita Lovesac team is great. We specifically worked with Dani- she was sweet, respectful and knowledgeable. I was happy that she did not try to upsell us or try to convince us to buy something that we didn't need. With her help and patience we were able to put together the ideal set up for our space. Love the product but also love the staff!!! They were so helpful and attentive. Learned about the floor model availability back in February or March and they put my name on a list and actually called me months later to let me know what I wanted was available now. Talk about customer service. Love them and so glad I have my Sactional (which other companies are copying now because it was absolutely ingenious) and my pillow sac!

She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and really let us know all of our options that we didnt even think about with our purchase. We had such a great experience with LoveSac and couldn’t be happier with our purchase! We bought in the middle of all the stores shut down, so it was harder to picture what we wanted. We worked with Dani through text/email for a good amount of time figuring out exactly what we wanted, Keith as well when Dani wasn’t available. They went above and beyond what I had expected to help us get the couch we wanted! We got an 8 seat 10 side in Sky Grey Corded Velvet!

For months I have been considering purchasing a Lovesac for our family. I’ve emailed and messaged the showroom manager back-and-forth throughout the entire Covid lockdown. I don’t live near a show room so on multiple occasions, the show room manager spoke with me via text or through a virtual video appointment until I was confident that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I asked no less than 1000 questions, and never once felt like I was a burden. The service I received has been phenomenal. I never felt pressured to buy more than I needed. She actually helped me figure out what configurations I would like to accomplish and made sure I had the pieces in order to create them. She also kept me up to date on the tracking information once my Lovesac shipped. Shipping is only taking about a week!!
