It has been a pleasure working with Meridian. They helped us come up with a design we love, and we are now enjoying the benefits of their attention to detail and quality craftsmenship. On top of all that, what really separated Meridian from the other companies who engaged with was the people that work at Meridian. From the owner, to the design team, to the carpenters that worked in our house, they all made us feel like part of their family. They treated us like we were their family and our home like it was their home. We will definitely work with them again.

I hired meridian construction to finish my 1400 square foot basement.
The total cost of the project was about $95,000. It was worth the cost. As an all inclusive shop, this included everything: Framing, drywall, laminate flooring, doors, carpeting, painting, electrical, HVAC and custom cabinetry.

The entire process started with an onsite visit where I describe the goals of the project. Over the next three months, they helped to develop a plan, provided me with detailed renderings of the space and select materials. During the actual construction, which lasted about 1 month, they were professional and always left the site clean at the end of the day.

Overall, they were a pleasure to work with, and I would gladly work with them again.

This is an odd review because I don’t have a skin in the game. But my neighbors had some major renovations done, and by necessity, Meridian had to use the ground between our houses to move equipment. The site manager, Micky, could not have been more accommodating. He asked permission, gathered any information he might need (he had to avoid a drain pipe of mine), and after the job was done, the site was re-graded and well-seeded. Frankly, the area looks better now than before Meridian started.

And the renovations that were completed on my neighbor’s home look fantastic.

Professional. Reliable. Honest. The team at Meridian went through their process from the perspective of a homeowner and made sure it was exactly the way they want to do business. We asked for an accelerated timeframe, and they delivered on it. Stephanie worked quickly with us on every selection, helping to find what we wanted in our price range. Justin and Benny were true craftsman in helping maintain the character of our older home. Whenever we ran into decision points, it was clear they had done a lot of problem solving before bringing the choices to us. They treated every aspect of our home and project as if they were the person who would have to live with it. I really appreciate the way they ran our weekly meetings and managed the project overall; it felt like textbook project management at work and made it easy for us to provide feedback (which was always glowing). We never had to chase or wonder what was going on. They shared pictures everyday and kept the site clean. I don’t know if we could have had a better experience or outcome! Now we get to live in a beautiful home knowing that we have Meridian standing by the work.

Meridian just finished a bathroom renovation for us and next year will be doing an addition on our house. Through the entire process, everybody was fantastic to work with and very professional. They made every step as easy and thorough as possible and made sure we always understood what the process was and that we were accomplishing what we wanted out of the project. Everybody that came into our home was great. I work from home, and they were able to perform their work while minimizing any disruption and distractions to our home. After the workday was done, everything was cleaned up and put back in order. This was a great experience from start to finish. I’m looking forward to working with the whole crew again and would highly recommend them for any jobs large or small.

We recently had a full kitchen remodel and refinish of our entire 1st level floors with Meridian. I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. They are design/build so really a 1-stop shop with limited use of subs. This allowed for great continuity and very limited delays. They started on time and went through the anticipated schedule each week - and stuck to it. Stephanie really helped make our vision come to life and had some excellent suggestions. The construction was extremely professional and kept as clean as possible. Most importantly, the end product was phenomenal. 100% our style - modern and somewhat minimalist, but with some great color. Finally, Larry was great to deal with and just a really professional and nice guy. When do you ever hear about a major renovation that gets done timely, with no cost overruns, and with a finished project even better then you’d hoped? I couldn’t recommend Meridian more highly.
