I bought and flipped a large home last year. I used SD Staging to help with the sale of the house. Josie Leisz is very professional. Fast, polite. Everything was coordinated well with all the different living spaces in the house. Once it was sold, she came quickly with her crew, and picked up everything. No damage on any of the walls or floors. All the rooms were done in good taste. The furniture was nice and everything was clean. I’ll definitely use SD Staging again.

First time using them, and Josie and Jason were fantastic. Best value i could find and they did exactly what they said they would do. Even when there was a small issue of minor damage when removing staging furniture.. they jumped right on it and took care of it in 24 hours before it became and issue. Home sold for $300k more than offers before minor updates, and off market to first retail buyer it was shown to. Thank you again!

I used SD Staging for the past 6 years, and they broke things in my house and were extremely rude about it when I pointed out and failed to repair them. I also found 2 item missing from my house previously and I had to drive to UTC twice and drive to her house to pick them up! Again no responsibility...Very sad as somethings have sentimental value, but for them you are just business. My clients missed 3 items that she left in her house. My clients are still after Josie now to get her sentimental items back!!! Josie refused to returned them and claim that if you mix your personal items with their staging furniture, you cannot get them back, because the stager doesn’t know which item is theirs. I think everyone have been informed. Choose carefully! Besides, we were able to pay the staging fee through escrow, Josie stopped doing that and she put a lien on the property to stop the property getting sold!!! Such an unprofessional stager! All seller and agents should stay away! I used her so many times and I am staying away now. I send her so many referrals and she doesn’t deserve any! Stay away! Besides all the above, her staging furniture look super old and out of trend! There are markers on the couch. Her furniture only look good for $500k listing. Stay away if your property worth more than $500k. It will not help with the sale. I wasted my time using SD Staging and I am dealing with a lien that Josie put on the property. There are way better companies that only charges a flat fee instead an additional monthly fee, for a fraction of what she is charging. In one word, stay away from using this business. You will regret if you used her!
