I was searching for help that I urgently needed. Without any exaggeration, these people saved my life. Every part of the journey was special and peaceful, as hard as it was emotionally for me. The team creates the plan, sessions and physical activities according to your needs. Everything is designed to tailor each client’s individual necessities. Amazing thing they do and I couldn’t find in other clinics that I checked, is the holistic and medical approach combined. So I really was able to recover both medically, spiritually and emotionally. I consider them as my family now, and it is actually so hard to go home from this warm, loving, supportive and family like atmosphere. This is the safe environment in which you can really work on yourself. And the food- michelin star restaurant ❤️ the laughs we had, support in every possible way, actually and literally saved my life. The place where the clinic is, is in a super nice area close to the beach and has a nice southern weather. Clinic is equipped well in every aspect, very luxurious and comfortable. Highest recommendation!

In August 2024 I hit my all time rock bottom after a really traumatic year; and it was the lowest, darkest, loneliest place I’ve ever been. I couldn't see any hope for my future and I didn't think anyone/ anything could help me.

I'm writing this now (2 months out of rehab) as a completely different person to who I was when I checked in to Sea Recovery. What they've created is so incredibly special and literally LIFE SAVING. I hate to think what could’ve happened if I hadn’t reached out to them when I did.

For the proceeding year, I was suffering with a lot of mental health problems after being in an abusive relationship. I was living with daily flashbacks, unhealthy coping mechanisms, chronic fatigue, dissociation, amnesia and depression. I also have my own business and a big part of my job is social media so I was also dealing with severe burnout and I wasn't able to cope with "holding it all together" any longer.

I called Sea Recovery a few days after coming out of hospital - it's hard to even say this now but I didn't want to live anymore. thinking "I might as well spend this money on rehab as I won't need the money anyway if I can't get better". That is truly how hopeless I felt about my life; but the beautiful people who work at Sea Recovery completely changed this for me.

The kind and compassionate people on the team, the vulnerability, the love and support, the personal stories they share, the non judgemental + empathetic culture was the number 1 thing that helped me. Sea Recovery have some of the most inspirational amazing people I've ever met; who I don’t doubt will be able to save hundreds/ thousands of more people ❤️‍🩹

I was introduced to a huge range of holistic approaches to help me get better; I also learned how to deepen my spirituality which has been magical for my healing journey. In my 2 weeks at Sea Recovery, I’ve had some of the most transformative therapies I’ve ever experienced and I’ve made some very special relationships with people who I will never forget🫶🏼 I still work with one of the therapists twice a week on video therapy calls and I'm going back soon as an outpatient for several days; (not because I need it- but more because I've seen firsthand how much personal, spiritual and professional growth it provides).

To anyone reading this feeling "hopeless", to anyone who's telling themselves "nothing will work" or even if you're wondering whether it's "worth the money" - Sea Recovery was honestly the best investment I've ever made and I owe my life to them!!! One of the strongest things you can do is ask for help when you’re at your rock bottom. I promise you, life can still be beautiful even if it doesn’t feel like it right now❤️

Finding the right addiction recovery center was really tough for me. I needed a place where I could work on my issues privately and feel confident that the therapists were genuinely dedicated to help me. I'm so thankful I found Sea Recovery Centre. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and calm that I hadn't experienced in a long time. The surroundings are beautiful, the food is amazing, the therapies made me actually focus on my recovery. The therapists are amazing; they truly care about you and are there for you every step of the way. Their unique rehab approach was a game-changer for me. They took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored their support. Feeling heard and supported made a huge difference. I'm finally living a sober life and feeling better than ever. The whole experience was not only effective but also incredibly uplifting. What an amazing facility with amazing staff.

This is just the place I needed to be for burnout, stress, anxiety & depression.

The therapists are amazing, but there is so much more here then just therapy.

I have tried therapy before and I couldn’t engage because there was not enough to do outside of the therapy and I got very bored (ADHD).

At sea recovery you have amazing facilities such as swimming pool, gym, personal trainers, sauna, steam room, tennis, bowling and so much more, I could go on.

Everyone who works here are the best people you could ever wish to meet, in or out of recovery.

The food is exceptional and the chiefs will go above and beyond to cater to your needs.

If you are looking for somewhere to get mental help and want to be active at the same time, then Sea Recovery is the place for you.

I want to take the time to truly thank the staff/doctors/support help I have received at Sea Recovery; they have saved my life during the darkest period I recently faced. Being that this was my first time in a treatment center I was very fearful since I did not know what to expect and having heard of other places that didn't work- after long research I found Sea Recovery and I could not have been luckier; it was a true blessing. I came in at my rock bottom after having spent 2 horrible years due to unresolved traumas I was carrying for a long time. I had turned to drinking and prescription pills to self medicate, and when I wanted to stop was unable to- it was too late and I needed to seek professional help. Sea Recovery gave me everything I needed from the initial medical detox, to the professional therapy (group and private one on one) and all the extra holistic services to ease my mind in a beautiful 5 star hotel setting immersed in nature. I am a mother of 3 and was very nervous about leaving my kids and taking time for myself, I was surprised to see that many other females were there too and we shared great bonds and connections which continue outside of Sea Recovery (they have a great aftercare program). I spent 3 weeks enjoying my freedom from motherhood and not having to wash, cook and run household errands- which are all taken care of perfectly while here btw the food is AMAZING. This is exactly what I needed to start the new year in the right direction: some free time to be taken care of as I focused solely on myself in goals of reaching the best version of me; to then go back and be a better mother/person/partner. The only thing that I found a bit stressful was the busy schedule, filled with activities but in the end I am happy I stuck with it; better to have lots of therapeutic activities than not (they are not mandatory so you can do what fits best for you). I loved the ice baths and the sound therapy sessions. I am so grateful to Sea Recovery for helping me battle my mental health struggles that led to my addiction and I am looking forward to my new life in Recovery. THANK YOU!

I'm so greatful to Sea Recovery for everything and I would highly recommend them to anyone serious about their recovery. At the centre I found incredible therapists, life-changing therapy, and great support and compassion from every staff member.
An added bonus is that it really is a 5-star facility that offers great food and a home-like atmosphere, making it a perfect place for those of us that need to heal and grow.
