KC from StyleMe responded quickly, and was there the next day to come up with his design concept and I received quote the next day along with detailed description of what his staging concept would be. He also had a very competitive price so I signed agreement. He completed staging an entire 4 bed/3 bath home including backyard and patio with very tasteful selection of furniture and accessories. Colors were modern and neutral, feel was very light but full. Feedback from first open house was outstanding and even one of my agents said I want to buy this furniture. I couldn't give enough stars to Kowi and his team! When we bought our house in 2009, staging was not a big thing, but it is now and this was definitely a great investment!
StyleMe Home Staging's price was up to par with other companies, maybe a slight cheaper actually. What I loved about working with Kowi is that he is extremely responsive to start with and knows what he is doing. I never second guessed him in the months leading up to the staging phase. We met in February in a completely exploded house that needed a lot of work and reconfiguration. Kowi understood the floor plan right away even though the house flow was not smooth at all. The house had been divided up in 3 parts with lots of inside walls. The same day or next day we met, Kowi sent me a proposal with all the pictures of the rooms and list of items that will go in the rooms. He is the only one that sent me such a detailed quote. After we signed the contract, Kowi always followed up with me as we got closer to the date of staging to make sure we were still on for the said date.
We had to push out the date a few times due to work delays, Kowi was very accommodating and kind, and we finally managed to put a date on that was good for everyone.
On the day of the staging, I was not there as I was not needed, I felt very much confident the job would be done well. And the house couldn't have been looked better. I truly loved the pieces used for the staging, it was decorated with taste, elegance, details and looked magnificent! There were 1 artwork I was not a fan of, and expressed my dislike for that room. Kowi changed the piece the next day to something worked better for me.
The de-staging went as smooth as the staging.
Part of the package was pictures of the house. They looked fabulous and working with Justin who has his own company was as delightful as working with Kowi. We added the 3D and floorplan that looked great.
You will not regret working with this company. Extremely professional, yet very personable. This was very smooth all the way, and there was never any issue, worry, but complete trust and peace of mind, and this is huge, especially considering the stress brought by selling a house! Thank you so much for your fabulous hard work and being such a great person/company to work with!
