I don't understand all these complaints about service. I have never had a problem and found the employees helpful, friendly, and professional. I think some people have problems and attitude and get what they oroject.

I got here about 5 mins before closing. Had a package to drop off. Didn’t need to purchase anything.

The door was locked and they were closing up. Didn’t even have the decency to come to the door. Should
I have come earlier, sure. Should they honor the hours posted online and on the door, absolutely.

The UPS employee was most helpful in printing off the needed shipping label (for a clothing return) then securing the item in a UPS mailer bag, just in time for the UPS pickup!

Customer service is HORRIBLE. The store reps act as if customers are bothering them. They always say you need to buy an envelope for returns even with the policy says there is no return packaging needed. I'll celebrate the day this location and the owner goes bankrupt.

You’re a store owner clapping back at a comment from two months ago. You have a 3 star rating on Google at a package store! There are several comments that highlight how rude you are. They specially say John or Mark! I’m pretty sure you’re giving out fake names by the way. I called back because a local distribution center asked me to give them your name and store location. You’re simply lying when you say someone harassed by calling YOUR store😂😂. You were literally the last person I ever wanted to talk to again. No one harassed you but you magically remember everything that happened on a 5 minute phone call 2 months ago. 😂😂😭 you’re pathetic. And replying to feel vindicated will never take that away. Most owners try to rectify issues and concerns. Here you are just showing potential customers how rude you are to try and go back and forth with a customer review. I pray you grow up and learn how to be an adult or adequate business owner one day

Oh and by the way, I’ve been IN this store SEVERAL TIMES since I moved to this area 2 years ago. You just acted like a child 2 months ago. Keep lying though, I love a good lawsuit

The two men here saw me struggling with 2 boxes weighing 90lbs each and no one offered to help.
Instead, he hands me a dolly and didn’t even help pull it into the store.
Every time I come here, I have the worst service I’ve never had at a UPS Store, I’ll be driving a few more minutes next time.

In stark contrast to an experience I had at a NJ store, the staff at this UPS store were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful with receiving materials for our conference exhibition and also with shipping leftover materials out in the tail end.
