This was our first time using Triple H Towing. They were excellent. I called several other Towing Companies in Douglasville, GA in an effort to get the best price. The other ones I called were too expensive, rude, never returned my messages, etc. Triple H was friendly, professional, and reasonable from the first young lady I spoke with, to the Tow Truck Driver who picked up my car. If I ever need the services of a tow truck company again, I will be calling Triple H. Highly recommended!!! Scott Merritt

I'm not sure if they're paying for their reviews. But, its inconvenience is the word. Imagine getting into an accident and the tow company is cash only, in 2024. No, I'm not entitled, but most ppl dont need a tow company at "convenient" moments. Then, its an excessive charge if you get into an accident. We were charged $300+ to get our car released plus an additional $30 a day. The hours on the website are incorrect. It stated 7 pm closing online. I called at 5 on a Tuesday, and no one was available, so of course we had to pay for the additional day. And the next day we were told they closed at 4 pm. They do not try to work with you, at all. I'm assuming the State Patrol recommended them because they were close, but if you have any inconvenience, or having a hard time, Please go somewhere else. <3

10/10 would recommend! The staff is friendly and efficient and they take good care of you and your car. Of all the places for my car to be impounded at, I luckily got Triple H Towing! Definitely the best you’ll find in Douglasville.
